Ipad pro killer First of all if you are not a youtuber or a media designer type of person, like if you don’t do much video editing or super heavy duty gaming, you don’t need an ipad pro anyway. This ipad air 4 is perfect for everyone. Trust me you dont need 120hz refresh rate on a tablet. Yes, it does make a difference but you have to pay extra 20k to get that. Anyway, here are the pros and cons of this device after 3 months of moderate usage.Pros1. Its apple, you know the user experience, also if you have an iphone, everything is going to be seamless. This doesnt mean you cant have it if you are android user.2. Supports all the hard drives and multi tasking is easier than ever.3. Supports apple pencil 2 which earlier air models didn’t.4. The design is far better than other ipad airs and exactly like pros.5. A14 is really fast, almost equivalent to ipad pro 2020. Although it cannot beat M1 chip.6. Perfect for students and people who are working from home. If you are planning to buy any ipad, even entry level ones, wait for sometime and invest in this one.7. Literally no gap between the glass and actual screen unlike other entry level ipads so the user experience increases manyfold.8. Oleophobic coating9. Fits with magic keyboards and other keyboards of ipad pro10. Fingerprint scanner is need of the day, face recognition is getting sloppy due to covid (although people usually use ipad at home and hence they are without mask most of the time).11. Future-proof; its not going to get old, the design is going to stay too, there will be frequent updates too. Wait for ipadOS 15.Cons1. Screen brightness could be more, its still amazing but it could have been more.2. Lack of amoled screen. Although the screen is awesome, nothing can beat amoled. But this isn’t a deciding factor.3. Refresh rate; although its not a big deal for me personally but some people prefer higher refresh rate on tablet too. Also if you are using high refresh rate phones, then you will certainly feel the difference.Trust me you don’t need a pro model of ipad if you are not from that small group of people who are into heavy editing and productivity stuff. This ipad air 4 is more than powerful and probably the second fastest tablet in the world (behind ipad pro ofcourse). Go for it without second thoughts.
